Welcome back. It is definitely Time for some tea, and I'm your host, Makita. Thank you so much for sharing your time, your space and your amazing energy with me today. In this episode, i'm going to be taking you through a guided meditation, exploring the art of flowing and releasing negativity. It is so important to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, and meditation is a great way to do that. So I want you to go ahead, get comfy, grab what you need so we can start exploring how to be more positive and let go of things that are no longer serving us, and when you're ready, let's dive in. So go ahead and find a comfortable spot where you can sit or lie down undisturbed for a few minutes And, when you're ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath and release any tension from your body. I want you to feel the tension in your shoulders, release as you roll your shoulders back, release the tension in your jaw muscles and let your face relax. Now bring your attention to your breath and notice the natural rhythm of inhaling and exhaling. Grab the air flowing in and out of your body without trying to change anything. As you focus on your breath, allow your emotions to come to the surface, without any judgment. Notice how you feel and acknowledge your emotions, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant. Remember that your emotions are valid and it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling in this moment. Now I want you to imagine a river flowing effortlessly in front of you, representing your emotions. See the water moving calmly and watch your emotions flow into the river, gradually, letting go of any resistance you may be feeling. Allow the river to carry your emotions away, relieving you of the burden you have been carrying. Allow yourself to feel a sense of ease and relaxation as you let your emotions flow freely. You are not holding on to anything anymore and you are liberated from your tension or stress. Lastly, focus on your breath once again. As you inhale and exhale, roll your shoulders back, make a few more deep breaths, feeling a sense of tranquility and calm within you. When you're ready, slowly open your eyes and return to your day And remember that you can come back to this guided meditation, that you can come back to this guided meditation whenever you need to allow your emotions to flow. Alright, you guys, thank you so much for sharing this space with me. I hope that your day is filled with so much joy, so much calm and inner peace. Now, that is all the tea that I have to spill today, but guess what? join me next Tuesday for some more delicious hot tea, and don't forget to check in with me on Instagram and let me know how you love this meditation. Until next time, namaste.
